Las Américas Beach

El Conquistador Beach

Don’t expect an ordinary beach, here you will be able to see crystal-clear rock pools between pebbles and volcanic rocks when the tide is coming in. Overwhelmingly touristy and charmingly seafaring, the main attractions of this village being the beautiful beach of Las Vistas, its long promenade and its well-preserved essence of a fishing village which can be felt on the Los Cristianos beach. You cannot miss a trip to this imposing and exotic mall, next to the Siam Park, one of the best and most complete shopping centres in the Canary Islands. Teno Rural Park

A ‘must’ visit and a paradise for hikers. If you go by car you will be able to experience pure natural beauty, tranquillity and breathtaking landscapes at every stop. Plan a full day by doing one of its many walks, have a bite to eat in El Palmar and swim at Punta de Teno, located at the far end of the island. Open

Masca hamlet + ravine

The most visited hamlet in Tenerife, located on the Teno mountain range, amidst the green mountainsides, ravines and palm trees. Enjoy this unique spot on the island and discover beautiful little houses, stroll along its cobbled streets, visit its museum and drink something in the bars located at the beginning of the ravine. Pino Gordo Viewpoint

Over 40 metres tall and with a girth of 8 metres, the Pino Gordo is worth a pit stop to wrap your arms around it and immortalise its grandeur in a photo. Given that it is various centuries old, it has witnessed the emergence of the island’s new volcanoes. Open

Vilaflor Historic Centre

Vilaflor is a must-stop. Apart from being the highest town in Spain, it is surrounded by pine forests and is just a step away from Mount Teide. Stroll down its cobbled streets with small houses. You will feel as if the time has stopped! Open

Aloe Vera Info Centre

At the Aloe Vera Info Centre, in Vilaflor, you will find a large number of skin products based on organic Aloe Vera. Expect slightly higher prices than usual. Buy a small, high-quality souvenir from Tenerife with health benefits. Open every day from 10.00am to 6.00pm. Open

Bodega Reverón

If you are in love with the world of wine, do not hesitate to stop at the Bodega Reverón to take one of its volcanic wines home with you. Committed to producing eco-friendly crops, its wine comes from vineyards at an altitude of over 1300 m (4265 feet). If you would like to really immerse yourself in the experience, don’t hesitate to book a guided tour of the facilities. It includes tasting four different wines and food samples, and is carried out every Monday, Thursday and Friday at 12.00 noon and 3.00pm. Open Monday to Saturday from 10.00am to 6.00pm. Vilaflor Petrol Station

The Teide National Park is a protected area. As such, it does not have any petrol stations. For your safety, remember to check the tank of your vehicle before passing by the last petrol station on this route in order to make sure that you have enough fuel to go to and return from Mount Teide. Open
